Kashmir - Heaven on Earth

The great Persian poet Firdaus mesmerized by the beauty and grandeur of Kashmir has said, “Agar Firdaus Ba-Roohe Zameenasto, Hameenasto, Hameenasto, Hammenasto…” meaning "If there is heaven on earth, it is here, it is here, and it is here".

I visited Kashmir in May 2007 and took some of these beautiful snaps. They are quite enough to explain the true meaning of this poem!
