There is no doubt that Google founders have extraordinary vision. A company that started as a simple search engine 12 years back not only managed to survive but became a force to reckon with in the internet empire. Several people would have written about the success of Google. But in this article I am looking upon a very specific step Google took in late 2007.

On 5^th November 2007 Google introduced Android platform for mobile devices. A small step it may seem for the internet giant, but if we look deeper, Google may have a far stretched vision behind it.
